James Floyd

A seasoned global operations executive with a multi-dimensional background

James is best known for developing the operations performance metrics used for prioritization and monetization for quantifying operations results through a shared services platform.  These metrics are used by every operations function in the U.S. as the “single source of truth”. 

Most of James career was with McDonald’s Corporation as V.P. of U.S. Operations.  His tenure also includes leadership roles and experience with Procter & Gamble, IBM, Hitachi, Global Automotive Alliance, and Cleveland Avenue.

James has a B.S. in Engineering from the University of Illinois-Champaign and was a participant in Executive Management programs at Thunderbird School of Global Management, Northwestern University, and Harvard University.
